As our biggest sale of the year approaches, here is the lowdown on what to expect and when to expect it!


What’s going to be in the Black Friday sale?

Well, we can’t tell you all the juicy details just yet but trust us when we say, it’s BIG. We’re definitely not messing around this year. For full details of when the sale starts and what is going to be in it, keep an eye on our socials. We’ve been releasing hints and sneak peeks all week! ;)


How many of the same items can I buy?

This is your opportunity to stock up! Don’t be shy, fill your baskets and lash till your heart’s content! However, we do recommend that when it comes to ordering adhesives, you should only consider buying up to 4. Due to the delicate nature of the adhesives, they last up to 6 months when unopened and up to 2 months when opened.We wouldn’t want you to overstock and be as stuck as an old glue lid in a few month's time! 

And it’d be a missed opportunity if we didn’t recommend our Airtight Glue Container now too! 


Can I use a discount code on my Black Friday order?

Unfortunately not, but trust us when we say, you won’t need to! The savings this year are GIGANTIC – and we will not disappoint.


Why aren’t you responding to my messages?

Over the Black Friday weekend, we are expecting an extremely high volume of orders meaning that we will be a lot busier than usual in our warehouse and on our customer service team! For this reason, there may be a slight delay in response to your messages across our platforms. But, do not fear, we have most definitely not forgotten about you. We will aim to respond to your messages as soon as we can! We advise that over the weekend you should:

  •    Message us onone platform only, whether this is email, Instagram, Facebook. As we expect a lot of messages from our lovely customers, we wouldn’t want yours to get pushed to the back of the queue!
  •    Include your name and order number in any message you sent so this way we can get on top of whatever question or concern you may have as quickly as possible!


I made two orders – can I combine them? 

Due to the expected high volume of orders, unfortunately, we cannot combine orders as we aim to pack the orders as soon as they are made! We’re working to make sure we can get them sent out and on their way to you ASAP. 


Can I make an amendment to my order?

Yesand no. For any orders made before 11 am on Black Friday morning, we may be able to amend them, and we will try our best - this is the same for every day of the sale period.However, we are unable to make any promises for the same reason as mentioned above. We aim to be as efficient as possible so your order may already be packed and on its way to you!


Can I cancel my order?

We can’t cancel orders once they’ve been made but if you are not happy with your order once it has been received, you can contact us to request a return or exchange.
