Terms & Conditions

Accidental Damage Tweezer Policy Cover will cover your tweezers for one year from purchase date. The policyholder is entitled to unlimited replacements within this time period. In order to arrange a replacement the policyholder must contact our Customer Service Team to request a return and provide evidence of damage. Damaged tweezers must be returned to us at the customers cost. Replacement tweezers will only be issued once the return has been received. Standard delivery on replacement tweezers will be free of charge, or the policyholder can upgrade to DPD Next Day or DPD Saturday Delivery for £4.95. Replacement tweezers cannot be merged with other orders and cannot be exchanged for another pair. This policy applies to London Lash Volume Tweezers only. This policy is non refundable, but can be cancelled and refunded within a 14 day period of purchase, providing the tweezers are returned to London Lash Pro, unused and in their original packaging.

Day one tweezers

I’ve had these tweezers since day one! I do have multiple pairs as they’re my absolute favourite. Super easy to pick up and tan lashes with they do it all!

Huge gap with the tweezers

I’m hoping I’ve just been sent a faulty pair! But my lashes have a HUGE gap at the tip when closed and you have to squeeze them so tight in order to even pick up some lashes off of the lash strip! London lash have ‘advised me’ after I’ve complained that lash tweezers are supposed to have a gap. When any lash tech knows You’re only supposed to have a gap when you release your grip in order to create A fan. When you close the tweezers they should be CLOSED! So the lashes do not all just fall to the side. Customer service have not been good. Not only did I wait seven days for my product instead of three, they’ve then had me back and forth in emails sending videos to prove they’re faulty, and now they’re saying they want me to take even more time out of my busy life to post the tweezers back so they can ensure they definitely are faulty! The videos they had me send clearly show a HUGE gap and how hard I have to squeeze in order to even get them to close and I clearly showed I was squeezing so hard yet they still could not even pick up any lashes off of the strip! I’m now £40+ out of pocket and they still won’t refund me :)

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having with the Fine Tip Tweezers. I can see our CS team have been dealing with you directly on this query, and advised that each pair of tweezers comes with a unique 'sweet spot' for the grab point, and from your videos, we can see the sweet spot is at the tip of these tweezers. Your tweezers should not need to close fully in order to work perfectly to create beautiful fans.

We understand if this isn't to your preference, and I can see our team have now offered a couple of resolutions for you should you choose to take one

The best tweezers

I’ve bought many tweezers in my lash career, and these are by far my FAVE! They pick up fans perfectly without it losing grip on the fan! Highly recommend

Good tweezers, easily broken

Really like using these tweezers but they don’t last long, one drop and they are in the bin unfortunately
