My name is Tina Trang Dong (Hien Tina) and I am a London Lash Pro trainer offering trainings in Vietnamese. I am  a founder and director of TLC Nails and Beauty Salon, in Essex, UK

I am an experienced Master Lash and Semi Permanent Artist, I started my career in the beauty industry over 10 years ago, in 2010. One thing I wish I knew when I started doing lashes is to understand and have more knowledge about how to do mapping and how to style the eyes to suit individual needs of clients.  

LLP product I cannot live without is Flexie glue. 

My favourite lash style is the Dolly style - the simplest definition of dolly style is to optically open eyes and make them more outstanding, so all clients with small and narrow eyes. Dolly style is also great when we have to correct a wide set of eyes, cover huge space between brows and eyelid or hide some skin folds and strong brow bone structure. 

As a Lash artist I have the chance to take a client’s dream and shape it in to reality! I’m transforming the client’s face simply by giving them fuller, natural looking lashes with eyelash extensions! I enjoy helping my clients feel beautiful, perfect way to boost the clients' confidence!

My top tips for new artist are:

• Always keep your lash adhesive at the temperature indicated by the manufacturer to ensure optimal results and drying time for your glue
• Use a good quality adhesive
• Excellent lighting is essential
• Prep! This is absolutely vital to ensuring a highly quality lash extension result.
• The quality of your lashes is fundamental to the results you will achieve

I have travelled worldwide for being trained by the best teachers, visiting lots of conferences as well as participating in competitions where I successfully gained experience and won many trophies/ awards as a Professional Lash Technician and Semi Permanent Artist.
