The stylish collared shirt-style tunic that you know and love was designed to protect your clothing from all lash liquids and glues, all whilst keeping you looking cute and professional. The ¾ length sleeves protect your clothing without limiting your movements, and the two breast pockets provide the perfect storage for your lash tools and mapping pens, so you’ll never misplace them again! 

With our new embroidery service, you can take that professionalism to the next level by adding your own name or branding to your tunic.

All you need to do to add your own personalisation when purchasing a  Shirt Style Tunic, add your own unique text in the space provided, and it will be embroidered onto your tunic. 

To ensure everything is perfect, be sure to read over the Additional Information section.

Important: Due to the personalised nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 7 days after your delivery and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.

Please note: Embroidery services will take between 1-3 working days depending on capacity. If you have ordered other items with your embroidered tunic, your order will be held until the tunic embroidery has been completed. Once completed, your order will be dispatched together in full with your chosen delivery method.

How can I personalise my Salon Uniform?

To ensure your salon uniform gets embroidered exactly how you want it, please read these instructions carefully before you continue with your order:

  1. Select your tunic size and add the text into the space provided. Complete your order as usual.
  2. If you need to add multiple tunics with multiple names to the basket, please proceed as normal but also emailinfo@londonlashpro.com so we can check through the details with you. 
  3. Please note that the embroidery will be applied as you provide it. We will not be checking for spelling or grammar errors, so be sure that the text you are providing is exactly as you want it to appear on the garment before you complete your order. Once you have completed your order, it is not possible to change any of the details. All submissions are final. 

     

     

     

Additional Information

Can I Get Any Language Embroidered?

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations with our in-house embroidery machine, we are not able to print Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew and other script fonts. If you're looking to personalise this garment with any of these languages or are hoping to use special characters, please email info@londonlashpro.com for assistance.

Please note that we cannot print symbols or Emojis and the maximum character limit we can embroider is 16 characters.

 

Can I See A Preview Of My Embroidery Before I Pay?

Unfortunately not. We don’t currently have the capability to display previews of the name on the garment before purchasing. 

All names will be embroidered on the left breast of the tunic, in our standard font and size, as depicted on the product listing image example. 

 

Can I Return My Purchase If I Don’t Like It? 

Due to them having been personalised, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any items that have been customised with engraving or embroidery, unless the garment is faulty or there is an issue with the design. If this is the case, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to our Customer Service team with your order number, and a photo and description of the fault.
