Our glues have a six month shelf life from manufacturing date and up to eight weeks once opened. We always recommend to make a note on the date you open a bottle, so you always remember to change your glue on time.
All eyelash glues on the market contain the same active ingredient - cyanoacrylate. If the client has ever experienced strong allergic reaction to cyanoacrylate fumes (swollen itchy eyelids), more likely that they will experience the same reaction to any cyanoacrylate base adhesive (including sensitive glues). If the client experienced mild reaction (watery eyes, redness), you could try switch to Velvet Adhesive as this glue contains smaller percentage of cyanoacrylate and less likely to cause a reaction.
We would always recommend to store your glue in a cupboard out of direct sunlight. You could also store your glue in our airtight container. Some lash techs do store their glue in a box with rice, as rice absorbs any potential moisture in the air.
Our fastest drying glue is Power Bond. This takes 0.5 - 1 second drying time.
Recommended humidity: 50-65%Recommended temperature: 20-22
For more info about suitable conditions for our glues please see the Glue Chart.
It would depend on how long you have been a lash tech. Please contact us directly so we can discuss this with you atinfo@londonlashpro.com

Quicker drying adhesives may have stronger fumes compared to slower drying glues. Our glue with lowest flumes is Velvet.
No, as the main bonding ingredient is cyanoacrylate which is present in all glues. Slower drying glues have less cyanoacrylate but may still cause irritation and allergic reaction. Our adhesive with the smallest cyanoacrylate percentage is Velvet.
Review the necessary conditions for your glue. Alternatively, try a faster drying glue. You can also use Booster on the lash strip to prevent the fans from closing.
Your room conditions may be affecting the polymerisation process of the adhesive. We would suggest trying to increase the humidity in the room for faster adhesive polymerisation. Alternatively, you can use Booster on the lash strip and on natural lashes to increase the speed of polymerisation.
Every glue should be shaken for at least 1 minute prior use for the ingredients to mix. Ensure you shake the glue each time you open it and refresh your glue drop.
Ensure your glue is not expired and that it was stored correctly in a cool, dark place, away from humidity and direct sunlight. Ensure that no residue glue in the nozzle has been pushed back into the glue bottle - this may ruin the rest of the glue. Wiping the nozzle with wet wipe will cause glue in the bottle becoming gloopy. Not closing the lid correctly straight after pouring out the drop of glue can cause the glue become gloopy. Glue that has been opened for longer than 8 weeks is prone to becoming gloopy.
Use a small piece of wax strip to wipe off the glue from the nozzle after every use. Keep the bottle in an upright position and squeeze the bottle gently to get glue residue out of the nozzle.
You can purchase a spare nozzle to replace the blocked nozzle. If the nozzle got stuck to the cap, we recommend trying our Glue Rescue Kit.
No, because if they develop an allergic reaction once they are more prone to develop it in the future.
All lashes are made from synthetic material so are completely cruelty free and hypoallergenic, they are soft and lovely to work with.
The mink lashes are made from the same synthetic material as the silk, meaning that they are hypoallergenic, hold their curl perfectly and last equally well!
The main difference is in the way the lashes are finished - the Mink lashes have a shinier appearance than the silk. The strip which the Mink come on is also a little bit less sticky, so some lash technicians prefer this for creating fans, depending on their favoured fanning method. For classic lashes, Mink and Silk are both well loved by lash artists and their clients alike.
The best lashes for you will depend a little bit on you preferences and the look you are hoping to achieve, but in quite general terms our best selling classics are: 0.12, 0.15 and 0.18
For Volume sets, our 0.05, 0.06 and 0.07 are well loved! Or if you're after those super fine lashes for mega volume looks we have 0.03 and 0.04.
Almost all lashes are available in Mixed and Single Lengths trays, so that you can either try out a bit of everything, or get all of the lengths you love best and use the most. We have a few different curls on offer, but the best sellers are C, CC and D curls across all ranges.
The heavier the lash used to create the fan could cause damage to the clients natural lash.We would suggest using lashes 0.07 or lower depending on the fan, whether it is 2D or 6D.
If you are creating 2D - 3D fans 0.07 would be ideal.
If you are creating 5D - 6D fans possibly use 0.03 thickness.
It is the lash techs personal preference. Chelsea Silk or Mayfair Mink lashes can be used for creating fans.
We also sell easy fanning lashes so the strips are mixed lengths, allowing you to create a more wispy effect for your client.
For tweezers we recommend either our Volume Tweezers or Fine Tip Volume tweezers.
So Henna lasts on the clients skin for up to two weeks.
So Henna lasts on the clients hairs for up to six weeks.

There is a company called Hiscox for this type of insurance. Their website address is:https://www.hiscox.co.uk/business-insurance/insurance-products/hair-and-beauty-insurance
At this moment the recruitment is closed and we are not onboarding any new trainers unfortunately.
We have a trainer location finder on our website. Please click the link below and you will be able to enter your postcode to find a trainer close to your location.
We would need to know what training if any you have previously had. If you are a complete beginner, the foundation course would be the starting point in your lash career. The foundation course teaches our students, the classic lash application, so one single lash to one natural lash.
You could also complete the lash filler training without any prior lash experience.
Before undertaking the Russian Volume course, we would require students to have been certified for a minimum of three months in classic lash application.
No students do not need to be a cosmetologist or esthetician or have any prior lash experience before completing the Foundation course or Lash Filler course.

London Lash products are cruelty free and do not test products on animals.
This is something which is down to the individual salon/lash technician/client - but basically it’s a bit of a risk as in the event of an allergic reaction, the client wouldn’t be able to have any medicine to reduce this.
Unfortunately we do not have a physical shop you could visit, we are an online based company.
When it comes to patch testing, this is something which is strongly advised but not something you necessarily need to enforce. Please contact us for more information on how we complete our patch test at info@londonlashpro.com
