If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited to first contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to email@example.com to discuss any specifics.
You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the item/s.
Returned items can be refunded, exchanged for an alternative item, or replaced like for like.
In the unusual event that an item breaks or no longer works correctly within a warranty period, the 14 day deadline will be extended.
A)We offer an expedited DHL return service, which will incur a minimum £8.00 returns fee, deducted from the refunded amount. Larger items are subject to higher fees. For a full list of items that will incur a higher return fee please click here.
You are also welcome to arrange your own return shipping, but you will need to cover the cost of carriage and any applicable export/import duties. London Lash will not be liable for any loss or damage occurring as a result of use of any shipping service aside from the expedited DHL return service.
B) You must include a note with your return specifying order number, and the type of remuneration desired (refund, exchange, replacement).
C) No remuneration can be given before the products have been received by our staff. If you choose to use theDHL return service, we typically receive the item within 10 working days (typically 3-5 days if returning from the USA). If you choose to arrange your own shipping, you are advised to send with a trackable option.
Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 14 days of ordering, along with a note of the order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued only when the returned items have been received by our Distribution Centre team, and may take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
