ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR TRAINERS - LONDON

 
We are looking for an Account Manager with a focus on Trainers to join this exciting journey to be based in our London office.
 

About the role

An Account Manager for Trainers is in charge of organising and managing the portfolio of our international partner trainers. The role is varied, involving stakeholder management on the national and international level, offering business support to our partner trainers and ensuring all trainers legal requirements are met and up to date.

Key Accountabilities

  • To be responsible for managing our team of self-employed trainers; ensuring all invoicing and legal requirements are met
  • To monitor the performance of self-employed trainers through student feedback and to report as necessary to the management team
  • To be responsible for all website amendments in respect of training courses
  • To ensure that regular meetings are held with trainers
  • To be the first point of contact for trainers
  • To proactively organise and manage the portfolio of self-employed trainers
  • To manage contract renewals and collect renewal fees
  • To organise and keep track of all documents of LLP Trainers (insurance, contracts, certificates, photos of works)
  • To provide outstanding support and assistance to trainers
  • To track and monitor trainers' targets and support trainers in achieving these
  • To inform trainers of changes in the Trainer's Contract Addition Manual
  • To ensure that trainers' contract terms and conditions are met
  • To have regular contact with all of your clients to ensure optimal portal performance and provide assistance in their lead nurturing techniques as required
  • To pull data of trainer's monthly purchases and training courses and create analytical reports
  • To end contracts with trainers and carry out exit interviews
  • To identify how our products and services can be improved and share the ideas with the management
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities with trainers.
  • Setting up the dates for training courses in London academy
  • To be responsible for all website amendments in respect of training courses
  • Marketing and sales of indoor and external training courses
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the on-boarding process of new trainers

Requirements

  • Proven experience of management roles: with a minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience within a Customer Services/Corporate environment
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships and good communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions and to use own judgement
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2:1 or equivalent preferred
