It’s tough out there! As much as we’d love to bury our heads and pretend everything is easy, the rising costs of living and running a business means that it’s tougher than ever being a lash technician.
If you’ve been here for a long time, you’ll know that one of our favourite mottos has always been ‘by lash techs, for lash techs’, which partly means that any product you buy from us has been tested and developed by actual working lash techs who KNOW what you need and what issues you face on a daily basis. What it also means is that we’re in your corner, and we want to do right by you, always.
To that end, we have reduced the prices of ALL of our Chelsea eyelash extensions permanently! But why have we done this, and how does it benefit you?
For the simple reason that it helps you. We’ve always been very aware that there would be no London Lash if it weren’t for Lash Techs like you ordering your lash supplies from us, and we are, of course, unbelievably grateful for that!
By reducing the prices of some of our lashes, we help you to guarantee that your business is running sustainably, taking some of the stress out of your day-to-day.
No catch! We just want to help. By reducing the price of one of our most popular collections of lashes, you save money while ensuring your clients are getting the BEST quality lashes, and you’re also getting the best customer service if you have questions or issues, which isn’t something you can guarantee if you were to order in bulk from sites that specialise in bulk orders at low prices (we won’t name names, we’re sure you know the type of sites we mean).
It means you have a bit more flexibility. The set of lashes that used to cost you about £7 per client now costs you less than £4.50, so you could…
It’s no secret that the price of everything is going up, so it stands to reason that the price of a set of eyelash extensions would follow. If you’re able to reduce cost without sacrificing the quality of your products and, by extension, your lash sets, you are able to maintain your prices, and reduce the risk of clients crossing lashes off of their list as something to get done.
Buying mixed length trays works out cheaper (to a certain degree), so perhaps you haven’t stocked up on single lengths and just work with what you’ve got. When it comes down to it, while there are a lot of plus points for buying mixed length trays, having single lengths on hand means that you have less waste and more flexibility, meaning that you can cater to a wider pool of clients. The more clients you appeal to, the more chance you have at staying fully booked, even when things are uncertain.
This is a big one. It’s not easy to keep clients at the moment, and it’s even harder to attract new clients so if there’s a way that you can entice new clients in through the door, grab it with both hands!
Whether you offer reduced prices for a first time client, their fifth set free, or set up a referral scheme in which your existing clients and their friend benefit, you have a little more flexibility to do so when your supplies cost you a bit less.
Instead of maintaining your prices, perhaps you’ll be afforded the scope to reduce prices of some treatments. Of course, only do this if you’re sure it won’t harm your bottom line—what’s more important is that your doors stay open. It doesn’t have to be permanent either, this is something you could do for a week or a month, just to pique interest and get a few more bookings in the diary.
All in all, when it comes to lash supplies it’s more important than ever to rely on products that are high quality and will keep your clients coming back to you time and again. By reducing the price of our best selling lash extensions, we’re hoping to support you in that endeavour so that you can keep your drawers stocked, your clients happy, and your diary full!
