1. Asking a question about a recent order? Remember to include your order number/and or email address.
2. We will often ask for photos/videos so we can take a look further into your query, please be prepared to provide this where possible!
3. We may ask for you to send us the details printed on your 'Thank You' card in your order, so please do not throw this away.
