Lash Battle 2023: Canary Wharf, London
After a five year hiatus we decided to bring back Lash Battle with a BANG! On the 24th January 2023 in the heart of Canary Wharf, 95 beauty technicians descended on the Hilton hotel to compete in eyelash extensions, lash lift and brow henna categories.
Throughout the 12hr competition day we saw some incredible work from lash artists from all over the world, some of whom had even traveled all the way from countries like Indonesia and Argentina!
The exceptional standard of work this year meant that our judges had to make some very difficult decisions. In more than one category, podium places were separated by just one point! In some scenarios we even had participants tying on the same score. In cases like this we had to look at individual scores from important criteria including; stickies, attachment and direction etc. to determine the winners.
