Terms & Conditions of the subscription plan:

1. We recommend the subscription for customers that are regularly using the particular adhesive and are familiar with its drying time and required room conditions. If you have not used the adhesive before, we strongly recommend to try a one-time purchase, prior to subscribing. 
2. Minimum subscription period is 3 complete deliveries. To cancel your subscription please email info@londonlashpro.com.
3. You can change or cancel your subscription up to 48hrs before your direct debit set date. After that time, we’re unable to change/cancel your subscription, which means that the amendments to your subscription or cancellation notice will fall for the following delivery period.
4. You can change or cancel your subscription by sending an email to our Customer Relations Team at info@londonlashpro.com.
5. Please note that the subscription is card payment only. If you have non-subscription items in your basket at checkout, you will be restricted to card payment for the whole order.
6. Please note that if you have non-subscription items included in your basket at the moment of placing the subscription order, you will be charged regular shipping fee for your initial order. All future glue subscription deliveries will be free of charge. If your order includes subscription item only, your initial shipping will also be free of charge.
7. The subscription is for UK customers only.
8. Please note that we’re unable to accept returns on subscription items.
9. Please note that London Lash reserves the right to withhold your access to subscription plan if we notice the abusive use of the system.

1. What does the subscription mean?
   
   By using our subscription scheme, you sign up for regular glue deliveries and enjoy a 15% discount on your favourite adhesive! Your glue will be delivered to you every 2, 4 or 6 weeks so you never run out of it and don’t have to worry about being out of stock or having to cancel your clients. 
   
    
2. How can I subscribe?
   
   You can subscribe to any London Lash eyelash glue by selecting a suitable variant from the product listing page. After selecting the glue, please choose a frequency of your delivery (2, 4 or 6 weeks).
   
    
3. How will I be charged each month?
   
   You will be charged by the credit/debit card that you used when placing your first order for the subscription. The frequency of payments is calculated from the date of placing the initial order and happens every 2, 4 or 6 weeks depending on the chosen subscription type. Once the payment is taken from your account, the order is automatically created in our system and will fall under our regular UK dispatch & shipping.
   
    
4. Can I cancel my subscription?
   
   Yes of course, you can cancel your subscription by sending an email to info@londonlashpro.com. Please include your order number and any other relevant information. Minimum subscription period is 3 complete deliveries. You can cancel your subscription up to 48hrs before your direct debit set date. After that time, we’re unable to cancel your subscription, which means that the cancellation notice will fall for the following delivery period.
   
    
5. Can I change my glue in the subscription or the delivery date?
   
   Yes of course, to change the glue within your subscription or the delivery date, please send an email to info@londonlashpro.com. Please include your order number and any other relevant information. You can change your subscription up to 48hrs before your direct debit set date. After that time, we’re unable to amend your subscription, which means that any amendments will take effect for the following delivery period.
   
    
6. Is the subscription available to everyone?
   
   At the moment the subscription is available for UK customers only, but we are looking to offer it to all our lash babes in the future!
   
    
7. Will I be charged for shipping with every order?
   
   The subscription includes free shipping with every glue subscription delivery.
   
    
8. Can I subscribe for any other products?
   
   We only offer subscriptions on all London Lash glues at the moment. However if you’d like to see any products in this offer as well, feel free to drop your suggestions to info@londonlashpro.com as we love to receive your feedback!
