Being a lash technician, you’ll have undoubtedly come across your fair share of horrors - filthy lashes, dropping your tweezers, running out of glue… The first two things we can do little about, BUT when it comes to running out of your best lash glue, we’ve got you covered 🎉
That’s right, we finally have a glue subscription service so that you’ll NEVER run out of glue again! Now, you can get your glue every 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks so it’s always on time, it’s always fresh, and it’s always THERE! Better yet, subscription glues are 15% discounted compared to single bottles, AND shipping on them is free!
So how does it work? All you need to do is gohere, and select which glue you’d like to receive automatically! You can choose to receive your glue every 2, 4, or 6 weeks depending on how often you’d normally change it, and you can amend this at any time if you decide you need it more or less frequently.

What does the subscription mean?
By using our subscription scheme, you sign up for regular glue deliveries and enjoy a 15% discount on your favourite adhesive! Your glue will be delivered to you every 2, 4 or 6 weeks so you never run out of it and don’t have to worry about being out of stock or having to cancel your clients.
How can I subscribe?
You can subscribe to any London Lash eyelash glue by selecting a suitable variant from the product listing page. After selecting the glue, please choose a frequency of your delivery (2, 4 or 6 weeks).
How will I be charged each month?
You will be charged by the credit/debit card that you used when placing your first order for the subscription. The frequency of payments is calculated from the date of placing the initial order and happens every 2, 4 or 6 weeks depending on the chosen subscription type. Once the payment is taken from your account, the order is automatically created in our system and will fall under our regularUK dispatch & shipping.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes of course, you can cancel your subscription by sending an email email@example.com. Please include your order number and any other relevant information. Minimum subscription period is 3 complete deliveries. You can cancel your subscription up to 48hrs before your direct debit set date. After that time, we’re unable to cancel your subscription, which means that the cancellation notice will fall for the following delivery period.
Can I change my glue in the subscription or the delivery date?
Yes of course, to change the glue within your subscription or the delivery date, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and any other relevant information. You can change your subscription up to 48hrs before your direct debit set date. After that time, we’re unable to amend your subscription, which means that any amendments will take effect for the following delivery period.
Is the subscription available to everyone?
At the moment the subscription is available for UK customers only, but we are looking to offer it to all our lash babes in the future!
Will I be charged for shipping with every order?
The subscription includes free shipping with every glue subscription delivery.
