My name is Natasha Wills and I'm a Trainer at London Lash in-house Academy in Shoreditch, London. I have qualified in eyelash extensions 14 years ago when I saw the rising potential of this treatment within the beauty industry. However, at the beginning I wasn't taught the level of education needed to perform a high level treatment. That's why my goal as a teacher is to ensure that you will learn everything that you need - from the anatomy of lashes, correct pretreatment, styling to aftercare.

My tip for new lash artists is to dedicate time to practice regularly, use every amount of free time to practice picking up lashes or making fans, and then placing them on either practice lashes or real models. The more you practice, the quicker you will notice an improvement!

My favourite lash style is natural, textured look as this creates the right definition and structure for that go to, day to day look.

My favourite London Lash product is Power Bond glue.

The achievement I'm the most proud of is becoming a Trainer for London Lash, and being able to educate new students to get them on the correct path to succeed in their career.
