What’s the catch? We hear you ask – there isn’t one! Simply pay a one-time fee of £14.99 (that’s three express shipping fees on small orders, just so you know) and you don’t have to pay for shipping on ANY order for a WHOLE YEAR!
What you need to know… You’ll need to log into your account so that Diamond Delivery is linked to you, and all of your orders will benefit from it. If you don’t yet have an account, setting one up is easy!
Add Diamond Delivery to your cart and check out, once the payment has been completed you will see Diamond Delivery listed as your default option at the checkout each time your order value is above £25, as long as you're logged in whilst shopping.
Please note that if there are any items in your cart while you are purchasing Diamond Delivery, these will incur a delivery fee. To avoid this, complete your purchase of Diamond Delivery first and then place your order for your lash supplies.

How does it work?
Once you purchase a Diamond Delivery subscription, it will automatically show as your preferred delivery at checkout when completing your order, as long as your cart total is £25 or more after any discount codes have been applied!
The Small Print- After 12 months, the subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
- This subscription cannot be refunded, unless you decide to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase.
- Orders totalling £25 or more after the application of any valid discount code will have free standard shipping allocated to them.
- Orders totalling £45 or more after the application of any valid discount code will receive free Next Working Day Delivery (Working Days do not include weekends or public holidays)
- Due to delivery being free with this scheme, any late, damaged or lost delivery cannot be refunded, though our Customer Service team will work with you to solve any issues.
- At present, this scheme is only available to mainland UK addresses, excluding Northern Ireland.
- The customer will need to have an account for the subscription to work, and will need to be logged in each time the shop for the free shipping to be applied.
