How Engraving Works

1. Use the dropdown menu to select your tweezers of choice. You can choose between our Multifunctional, Curved and Straight Isolation Tweezers in Gold or Black.
2. Add your desired text to the box below the dropdown menu.
3. Spellcheck! We will not be correcting any spelling or grammatical errors, no matter how much we want to!
4. Go through to the checkout and complete your purchase. We’ll do the rest!
5. Please note that all submissions are final and cannot be amended once an order has been completed.

To ensure you know exactly what will happen next, and to be sure everything is perfect before you check out, we ask that you read over the Additional Information section.

Information About The Engraving:

• Standard font in BLOCK CAPITALS
• Up to 19 characters (please note that a space counts as one character)
• Engraving Length: 5cm (if all characters are used)
• Engraving Height: 3mm
• Engraving Colour: Silver

Important: Due to the personalised nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your delivery and we'll do our best to sort it out for you. Please review our Replacement and Returns policy for more detail. 

Can I Get Any Language Engraved?

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations with our in-house engraving machine, we are not able to print Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew and other script fonts, we may also not be able to accommodate some accents. If you're looking to personalise your tweezers with any of these languages or are hoping to use special characters, please email info@londonlashpro.com for assistance.

Please note that we cannot print symbols or Emojis. 

The maximum character limit we can engrave is 19 characters, including spaces.

Can I See A Preview Of My Engraving Before I Pay?

Unfortunately not. We don’t currently have the capability to display previews of the name on the tweezers before purchasing. 

All names will be engraved on the side of the tweezer that is facing the technician when using tweezers in the right hand, and is printed in our standard font and size, as depicted on the product listing image example. 

What if I spot a mistake after checking out?

We are not able to amend any text after an order has been completed. If you spot an error after checking out, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that they can cancel your order for you to resubmit. 

Can I Return My Purchase If I Don’t Like It? 

Due to them having been personalised, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any items that have been customised with engraving or embroidery, unless the product is faulty or there is an issue with the design. If this is the case, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to our Customer Service team with your order number, and a photo and description and photo/video of the fault, and they will do their best to help you find a solution. We also advise that you consult our Replacement and Returns policy for more information.
