Our fastest glues are Power Bond, Royal Bond and Swift Bond and they are drying in 0.5-1 second if used in their recommended temperature and humidity range.
Power Bond works best in 18-22°C (64.4 - 71.6°F) and 50-65% humidity.
Royal Bond works best in 18-22°C (64.4 - 71.6°F) and 30-80% humidity.
Swift Bond works best in 18-22°C (64.4 - 71.6°F) and 40-85% humidity.
Remember, that the higher the humidity in your room, the faster any glue works! Please note that the adhesives listed above are extremely fast and should be used only by HIGHLY EXPERIENCED technicians. Incorrect work with fast-drying adhesives can cause retention problems.
The best lash glue for you will depend on a few different factors. As a beginner, you’ll be looking more at glues like Lady Bond or Satin Bond which have a more gradual drying time. Check out our glue comparison table for a complete guide to picking your glue.
For the most accurate suggestion, you’ll need to know
Your room temperature
Your room humidity
How long it takes you to place an extension on the natural lash after you’ve dipped it into the glue
So it’s worth investing in a hygrometerto keep an eye on your typical room conditions.

All our glues contain the same active ingredient, which is cyanoacrylate. The majority of allergic reactions are caused by the fumes of cyanoacrylate. If a client has experienced a reaction, the likelihood is now they will always be allergic. That is why we do not recommend performing a treatment on a client who had previously developed an allergic reaction to the adhesive or is showing any signs of the reaction.
If you perform a treatment on a client with contraindications to the treatment, you may not be covered under your beauty insurance.
Clients who experience just mild discomfort from the glue fumes may benefit from reducing the fumes with Superbonder at the end of the treatment.
Another tip will be to reduce the glue fumes around the client’s face by using the Glamcor Flow to extract the glue fumes and improve the air quality.
Your room conditions may be affecting the polymerisation process of the adhesive.
We would suggest trying to increase the humidity in the room for faster adhesive polymerisation and adjusting your temperature accordingly. You can also use Booster on the lash strip to increase the speed of polymerisation and improve the retention.
We would highly recommend purchasing a Hygrometer to monitor your room conditions and ensure you are working within the optimal room conditions for your adhesive.
Here are a few tips on how you can increase the humidity in your lash room/salon:
1. Place a damp towel over the radiator
2. Get a humidifier - you can pick up cute little ones on the internet, and for an added little touch of relaxation and luxury for you and your clients, you can add a little drop of essential oil to give out a delicate scent!
3. Add some little droplets of water along the eyepatch using a microfibre brush
4. Apply Primer in sections as you work to keep the lashes moistened
Alternatively, if you have been lashing for a while, you may simply have improved your lashing speed! In this case, your lash glue may now be too slow for you. Why not consider testing out a faster-drying adhesive?

There are a few reasons why your glue could become gloopy, however, it usually comes down to incorrect storage and care of the bottle itself.
Here is a little checklist to prevent it from happening:
Ensure your glue is not expired and that it was stored correctly in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and protected from humidity
Ensure that no residue glue in the nozzle has been pushed back into the glue bottle - this may ruin the rest of the glue
Check if your glue has not been opened for longer than 8 weeks
Ensure you close the glue correctly straight after pouring out the drop of glue as otherwise, the glue can start changing its consistency
Do NOT wipe the nozzle with a wet wipe as it may cause the glue in the bottle to become gloopy
If you require any assistance with your lash adhesive, get in touch with us by emailing info@londonlashpro.com including your order number with a description of the problem.
The number one reason why your Russian Volume fans will be closing from the point of dipping them in the lash glue, is simply that your lash glue is drying too slowly for you.
We would first recommend reviewing the necessary room conditions for your glue and adjusting accordingly to increase the temperature and humidity. A great solution to prevent fans from closing and control and improve the bonding process is using Booster on the lash strip before you pick off the lashes to create your fans.
Important note: Booster should not be applied to the natural lashes.
We also recommend checking the amount of glue that you are picking up, as using too much adhesive can also cause the fans to close.
Use a glue nozzle wipe to wipe off the glue from the nozzle after every use. Keep the bottle in an upright position and squeeze the bottle gently to get glue residue out of the nozzle.
When shaking the glue by hand, make sure to remove the cap first, and cover the nozzle with a glue nozzle wipe. This will prevent the glue from getting stuck in the cap.
When shaking the glue with a glue shaker, ensure to hold the glue shaker in an upright position so the bottle is facing vertically (with the cap at the top) and when finished, remove the cap and wipe the nozzle with a glue nozzle wipe.
Important safety note:
Do not use cotton pads, cotton wool, tissues, or any fibrous materials to clean the nozzle. Cotton fibres can react chemically with cyanoacrylate-based adhesives, which may cause rapid curing, heat build-up, or present a flammability risk. Always use lint-free glue nozzle wipes only.
For more information on the correct storage of your lash glue, read our Glue FAQ blog!
The shelf life for our glues before opening is 6 months from the date of production. This can be found printed on the bottom of the bottle or the foil pouch the glue arrived in.
After opening a glue bottle, we recommend changing your glue bottle every 4 weeks for the best retention, and maximum every 8 weeks. To keep an eye on the freshness of your glue, simply stick a piece of tape with a written date when you open your glue.
Please note that sample-size (2ml) adhesives should be used within 5 days of opening, which differs from the recommended usage timeframe for our 5ml bottles.
You can purchase a spare nozzle to replace the blocked nozzle. If the nozzle got stuck to the cap, we recommend trying our Glue Rescue Kit.
Our Glue Nozzle Opener is also a great tool to make nozzle changes quick, clean, and easy.
To prevent it from happening in the future, please ensure to clean your glue nozzle after every use, always store your glue correctly, and do not squeeze the bottle to dispense a glue drop.
The white residue on your glue bottle is adhesive that has shock polymerised due to exposure to moisture. This may be caused by not storing your glue correctly or by not fully closing the glue cap.
Please ensure you always store the glue in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and that the glue cap is always fully attached to the bottle.
Every glue should be shaken for at least 1-2 minutes prior to use for the ingredients to mix. If you are using a Glue Shaker this time will be cut down.
Unless you are using Crystal Bond, which is a clear glue, your glue drop should always be black without any traces of transparent liquid. Ensure you shake the glue not only before the first use of the day but also each time you open it to refresh your glue drop.
Before opening:
For optimal shelf life, your adhesive can be stored in the refrigerator while still sealed in the original vacuum pack provided. This helps to preserve its stability prior to first use. Make sure the glue remains inside the vacuum packaging until you are ready to open it.
After opening:
Once opened, your glue should not be stored in the fridge. Instead, keep it at room temperature in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, heat, or humidity. Always store your glue upright to prevent leakage and to help maintain its consistency.
Proper storage is key to maintaining the performance and longevity of your adhesive.
Lash extensions should be removed by a qualified professional only using products designed specifically for professional use. Never attempt to force, pull, or peel extensions off, as this can cause damage to the natural lashes and skin.
For safe and effective removal, we recommend using a dedicated professional lash adhesive remover such as our Cream Remover or Gel Remover. This is designed to gently dissolve adhesive bonds, allowing you to remove extensions in a controlled and precise way without unnecessary tension on the natural lashes.
Always follow correct removal techniques, work in small sections, and ensure your client’s eyes are properly protected throughout the process.
For a step-by-step guide to professional removal methods, please refer to our blog.
We do have three main collections: Kensington, Mayfair Mink, and Chelsea Silk but the names are simply used to differentiate between the collections, all our lashes are still made from high-quality synthetic materials.
The main difference between the collections is the finish and overall look of the lashes.
The Mayfair collection has a darker, shinier appearance, making it ideal for clients who prefer a bold, dramatic and glamorous finish. Chelsea offers a softer, more natural look, making it a great option for natural volume sets or classic lashes.
Kensington sits between Chelsea and Mayfair, featuring a soft satin fibre finish that balances softness with definition. This makes it a versatile choice for artists who want a refined, natural-looking result with slightly more presence than Chelsea, without the intensity of Mayfair. Kensington lashes are available in both mixed length trays (7–14mm) and single length trays, offering flexibility for everyday salon use, structured sets, and training environments.
Kensington mixed trays feature 20 lines per tray, providing added value compared to standard 16-line trays and helping reduce the need for frequent restocking.
The strip that the Mayfair lashes come on is also slightly less sticky, which some lash technicians prefer for creating fans, depending on their favoured fanning method.
For classic lash sets, Chelsea and Mayfair are both well-loved by lash artists and their clients alike, while Kensington is often chosen when a softer satin-finish classic or versatile volume look is desired.
The best lashes for you will depend on how you like to work, the looks you want to create, and how much time you want to spend on each set.
If speed is your priority, our Speedy Lashes and Premade Fans are a great place to start. They’re designed to significantly reduce treatment time while still delivering consistent, professional results.
For an instant, on-trend effect, our Kitten Lashes are ideal for creating an effortless fox-eye or lifted outer-corner look.
When it comes to trends, brown lashes are becoming increasingly popular for classic and soft volume sets. They’re perfect for clients who want a natural, soft and effortless look, offering gentle definition without the intensity of black lashes, ideal for everyday wear, lighter features, or a “no-makeup” finish. Burgundy lashes are also a great option for clients wanting something a little different while still remaining wearable and flattering.
For classic lash sets, our Mayfair or Chelsea lashes in the 0.12–0.15 thickness range are the most popular choices. Chelsea is ideal for a softer, more natural classic look, while Mayfair offers a darker, glossier finish for clients who prefer more definition and impact.
If you’re aiming for a lighter, softer classic vibe, our Kensington 0.085 lashes are a great option, offering delicate definition without heaviness.
And if you love the look of wispy, textured lash sets but want a simpler way to achieve them, our Easy Fanning lashes are a great choice. Made from super-soft, lightweight fibres, they allow you to create fluffier, larger fans directly from the strip, helping to reduce fanning time and speed up treatments. Easy Fan lashes are designed to fan effortlessly on their own, so no Booster is needed.
When choosing the thickness for volume lashes, we need to take into consideration few factors:
Thickness of client’s natural lashes
General condition and health of client’s natural lashes
Final effect you want to create
The more volume you want to create, the thinner the lashes you will use should be. Mega volume fans = thinner lash extensions
For 2D volume, we recommend either 0.10 or 0.07 thickness.
For 3D-5D volume, we suggest 0.07 or 0.05 thickness.
For volume 6D or more we recommend 0.05, 0.04 or 0.03 thickness depending on the final effect you want to achieve.
Please also remember that if you would like to create longer looking lashes, it is good to then reduce the amount of volume, to keep the client's natural lashes in good condition.

All of our lashes, except for Flat / Ellipse lashes, are suitable for creating beautiful volume lash sets. The choice often comes down to the lash technician’s personal preference and the finish they want to achieve.
For volume sets, many artists choose Kensington lashes, Mayfair or Chelsea. Chelsea offers a softer, more natural finish, Mayfair provides a darker, glossier result, and Kensington sits between the two with a soft satin finish, making it a versatile option for a wide range of volume styles.
We also offer Easy Fanning lashes, which allow you to create wispy, textured volume sets more easily thanks to their multi-layered strip design, helping to reduce application time while maintaining flexibility in your styling.
If speed is your priority, Speedy Lashes are a popular option. They are applied in the same way as a classic lash, but give the appearance of volume, making them ideal for artists who want a fuller look with a faster application time.
Alternatively, Premade Fans are a great choice for creating quick, consistent volume sets without the need to spend time making fans.
For artists creating lifted or fox-eye style volume sets, Kitten Lashes are ideal for achieving an instant, on-trend shape with minimal mapping.
It is the lash technician’s personal preference if they would like to use Chelsea or Mayfair lashes, as both collections can be used for classic sets. We sell a variety of thicknesses ranging from 0.12 to 0.20 so you can choose the most suitable thickness.
If you’re looking for a softer, lighter classic look, our Kensington lashes in 0.085 are a popular option. They offer delicate definition and are ideal for clients who prefer a more natural, effortless result or have finer natural lashes.
You can also use our Matt Flat/Ellipse Cashmere Lashes, that due to their ellipse shape create a slightly thicker looking and more dramatic classic set. Due to their flat base (instead of the rounded base with the Mayfair/Chelsea range) it help to create a better bond between the natural lash and the eyelash extension. Additionally, Matt Flat Ellipse lashes have a split-tip, creating an even softer wispiness to a classic lash set.
All London Lash Pro lashes are made from a synthetic material so are completely cruelty-free and hypoallergenic, they are beautifully soft and lovely to work with.
The Mayfair Mink, Chelsea Silk, and Kensington lashes are all made from the same high-quality synthetic material, meaning they are hypoallergenic, hold their curl beautifully, and offer excellent longevity.
The main difference between the collections lies in the finish and overall look of the lashes.
Mayfair lashes have a darker, shinier and bolder appearance, making them ideal for clients who love a more dramatic, glamorous finish. The strip that Mayfair lashes come on is also slightly less sticky, which some lash technicians prefer when creating volume sets, depending on their preferred working method.
Chelsea lashes have a softer, more natural colour, making them perfect for creating soft classic sets or natural-looking volume lashes.
Kensington sits between Chelsea and Mayfair, featuring a soft satin fibre finish that balances softness with definition. This makes Kensington a versatile choice for artists who want a refined, polished result that’s not too bold but still has more presence than Chelsea.
Mayfair, Chelsea and Kensington are well-loved by lash artists and their clients alike, with the choice coming down to the desired finish and client preference.

Clear glue is the best friend for coloured lashes, especially lashes which are light in colour, for example, light blue, pink or white!. To create a bright and colourful look that truly pops - use a clear adhesive. This way the bonding won’t be visible, which is especially helpful when using bright colours. Our Crystal Bond adhesive is the perfect choice for this!
Alternatively, you can use a black adhesive to create a more defined eyeliner effect. When working with darker coloured lashes, for example, dark blue or brown - try using black glue. You will be surprised how easily you can achieve an eyeliner effect this way.
P.S. Make sure your glue application is spot on, as it will be more visible with coloured lashes!
All of our lash collections are made from a super-soft, high-quality synthetic material, designed to be comfortable for clients while still delivering beautiful results.
Naturally, the thinner the lash diameter, the softer and lighter it will feel. For example, 0.03, 0.05 and 0.07 lashes will feel softer than thicker options such as 0.15 or 0.20.
For classic lash sets, our Matt Flat / Ellipse lashes are a popular choice. Their split-tip design creates a softer, wispy finish while still offering strong definition, making them ideal for clients who want a lightweight, comfortable feel.
For volume sets, Easy Fan lashes and Premade Fans are both soft and lightweight options, helping to create fluffy, full sets without overloading the natural lash.
If you’re looking for softness with speed, our Speedyy Lashes are applied like a classic lash but give the appearance of volume, offering a fuller look with a lightweight feel.
For clients wanting a softer, more natural finish, brown lashes are a great option, providing gentle definition with a more subtle lash line.
For more information on which lashes to choose, read our blog!
All of our lash ranges are suitable for both pinching and on the strip techniques. We don’t have specific ranges designed for one method over another, our lashes are created to be universal across all techniques.
The main difference between ranges is the tape stickiness:
Some artists prefer less sticky tape for pinching and more sticky tape for on the strip, but this is purely personal preference, all of our lashes work perfectly with both methods.
SpeedYY and Candyy lashes are essentially the same type of lash fibre and work in the same way. Both are designed to pick up and apply like a classic lash, but give the look of volume – allowing you to create full, fluffy sets much faster than traditional volume techniques.
The main differences are in tray size, length range, and branding.
Candyy lashes come in a more compact, beginner-friendly format and are part of our Miss Ldn Collection.
Candyy is great if you want a smaller tray, mixed lengths in one box, with more playful pink packaging.
SpeedYY lashes are designed for high-volume artists who want more stock and a wider length range.
SpeedYY is perfect if you want larger trays, more choice in lengths, and a more minimal, neutral aesthetic packaging.
Although both lashes are the same shade of brown, they can appear slightly different in colour due to the thickness of the fibre.
Our Brown 0.15 lashes are a thicker fibre, so more pigment is packed into each lash. This makes the colour appear deeper and more intense.
Our Brown 0.07 lashes are much finer and lighter in diameter, so the pigment is more dispersed. This can make the colour appear softer and lighter, even though the shade itself is the same.
In short:The thicker the lash, the darker and denser the colour will look. The finer the lash, the softer and more natural the colour will appear.
Yes, all of our lashes can be used with UV glue. They work effectively with any adhesive of your choice, including UV adhesives, as long as the product is used correctly and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
It is always best to recommend to your clients to use a professional product that has been designed and tested to be in contact with the gentle eye area. Our Lash Foam Shampoo has been tested and approved to be used together with eyelash extensions, it removes makeup and prepares lashes for the application. Additionally, it will clean the lashes by removing any oil, sweat and makeup build-up which will help to keep the lashes on longer.
Baby Shampoo or other products not made specifically for the eye area or lash extensions, in particular, should not be used on the eye area, and quite often can actually cause dryness or irritation on the delicate skin around the eyes.
If your client has sensitive skin or a known allergy to Tea Tree, we would recommend the In Lei Delicate Foaming Shampoo range instead.
Our digital aftercare leaflets have been designed to educate your clients on the correct aftercare procedure. You can purchase our digital aftercare leaflets for your clients here.
If you are experiencing retention issues make sure to check if you follow all the steps of pre-treatment correctly. Very often lashes that seem ‘clean’ are not thoroughly cleaned and may be causing retention issues. Make sure to always follow a full pre-treatment routine and refer to our glue section to check if you follow all recommendations for the correct work with the adhesive.
Find out more on how to slay a full pre-treatment routine
Lastly, make sure that your client is also following the lash aftercare as this may also have an impact on the retention.
Retention & Speed Booster is designed to be applied only to the lash extension strip (not the client’s natural lashes). Its purpose is to speed up curing, prevent glue from running up the fibre, and stop fans from closing during fanning, making Russian Volume application faster and easier while supporting better retention. It works with any adhesive but must NOT be used with Easy Fanning lashes.
Superbonder adds elasticity to the adhesive. The additional flexibility ensures the bonds don't break as easily, therefore resulting in better retention. Superbonder instantly polymerises the glue, without shock curing. It locks in the fumes from the adhesive and with the fumes contained, irritation and sensitivity are significantly reduced. Additionally, because the bonds have been sealed, the lashes are instantly safe to get wet. So no more waiting 24 hours after the treatment!
London Lash Cleanser is an alcohol-based product that is used to de-moisturise natural lashes and removes any oils and proteins from their surface. London Lash Primer is a water-based product that is used to moisturise natural lashes and neutralise pH levels to improve the bonding between the natural lashes and the extensions.
It is not recommended to use Cleanser without the Primer. This is because the Cleanser is very drying on the lashes, and without moisture, the lash glue will not be able to cure. The Primer must be used after cleansing, as it puts moisture back into the lashes after the high alcohol content of the Cleanser.
For an extra touch of luxury, why not go for one of our scented Cleansers and Primers? It’s such a little thing, but a slight waft of Cherry or Coconut can take your client’s experience from an 8 to a solid 10!
How you complete your pretreatment has as much of an effect on the retention of the lashes as the glue you use. It can be the difference between 2 weeks of retention, and 5 weeks of retention, so it is very important to get it right - lash retention is client retention, after all!
The very first step should always be makeup removal. You can either give your client a lash bath with a Lash Foam Cleanser to wash their lashes or you can hand them the foaming cleanser so they can wash their lashes themselves in the bathroom.
After removing all makeup, follow the next pretreatment steps to ensure natural lashes are well prepared:
Step 1: Use Protein Remover Pads - If there are some remnants of mascara, makeup, oils or sebum build-up around the lashes, the protein remover pads will do an excellent job at ensuring all final traces of unwanted oils are removed.
Step 2: Use Cleanser - Cleanser has a high alcohol content which gets rid of EVERYTHING - any oils, any residue from foam cleanser that might be left, any little tiny traces of makeup will be gone.
Step 3: Use Primer - It is a MUST to use Primer after Cleanser because it puts moisture back into the lashes after the high alcohol content of the Cleanser which can be drying. It gets those lashes ready to have extensions placed on them like nothing else.
Step 4: Booster! - Retention & Speed Booster is designed to be applied only to the lash extension strip (not the client’s natural lashes). Its purpose is to speed up curing, prevent glue from running up the fibre, and stop fans from closing during fanning, making Russian Volume application faster and easier while supporting better retention. It works with any adhesive but must NOT be used with Easy Fanning lashes.
Ta-da! Now you’re ready to go. Get that map drawn and slay some lashes!
We always recommend completing all steps of pre-treatment in order to increase retention and ensure that lashes are super clean. We also would not recommend using a lash Cleanser without following with a lash Primer. This is because lash Cleansers have high alcohol content in order to completely remove any oil residue on the lashes, which can be very drying to the natural lashes. You will need to follow with a lash Primer in order to replace that lost moisture so that the lash glue has some moisture in order to dry. Without some moisture, the lash glue may be drying too slow for you, or not at all!
Saline solution, whilst a great option to clean lashes in a hurry, doesn’t always remove all traces of oil and makeup build-up, which can drastically affect your retention.
We always recommend completing all steps of pre-treatment in order to increase retention and ensure that lashes are super clean. How you complete your pretreatment has as much of an effect on the retention of the lashes as the glue you use. It can be the difference between 2 weeks of retention, and 5 weeks of retention, so it is very important to get it right - lash retention is client retention, after all!
There are several ways to work with tweezers for Classic lash sets:
The choice depends on your personal preference and working style, all methods are correct and widely used by lash artists.
We offer a wide range of straight, curved, and multifunctional tweezers, which vary slightly in length, tip shape, and grip. This allows you to choose the style that feels most comfortable and gives you the best control for your technique.
There is no single “best” tweezer for Volume. The right choice depends on the lash artist’s personal preference and fanning technique.
We offer a wide range of tweezers suitable for Volume, including:
We also have a dedicated range of tweezers designed specifically for Mega Volume, offering extra grip and precision for creating ultra-light fans.
Important note: All of our tweezers are handmade and individually hand-tested by our quality control team. Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, no two pairs will work in exactly the same way, and slight differences in grip and feel are completely normal.
To precisely apply eyepatches to small eyes, we recommend a smaller shape of eyepatches so they will nicely fit and will not cause any discomfort for your clients.
An amazing solution would be Teflon Eyepatches which work especially well for small eyes, oily skin or deep-set eyes. Due to an innovative bottom gel, they stay in place throughout the whole appointment. They also have a specially formulated top surface that creates a non-sticky layer to help prevent extensions from sticking to the patch when working with clients who have downward-growing natural lashes.
Microfoam tape is also a great option, as it can be easily cut to size, making it ideal for smaller eyes or for clients who need a more customised fit.

The LVL is a treatment that just lifts the client's lashes. InLei’s Lash Filler treatment not only lifts the client's lashes but also nourishes the lashes from the inside out. It also helps increase the lashes' natural thickness by up to 24% after just three treatments - which has been clinically proven by the University of Milan.

Yes. The Korean lash lift method can be used alongside the InLei Lash Filler system when performed correctly and professionally. These techniques complement each other and can be adapted depending on lash type, desired results, and treatment goals.

In short, yes, InLei Lash Filler is a lash lift/lamination treatment, but with the added benefit of nourishing and strengthening the natural lashes. Unlike standard lash lifts, Lash Filler is designed not only to change the curl of the lashes, but also to improve their condition, resulting in thicker, healthier, and shinier lashes.
It is a clinically tested treatment, proven to thicken natural lashes by up to 24%, making it a safer and more advanced alternative to traditional lash lift systems.
All Lash Filler products are cruelty-free with the majority of products being also vegan. The only product that is not vegan is InLei Filler 3 which contains Keratin, and In Lei Gentle Wax.
Every product has its expiry date listed on the packaging. It is a small open jar icon with the number inside - the number indicates the months.
Bottles:
Form 1/Fix 2/ Filler 3 - 2 months after opening
Sachets:
Form 1/Fix 2/ Filler 3 - it is recommended to use it for a one treatment
It is always recommended to patch test all products used during a treatment, as they may come into contact with the skin. Apply a small amount of each product to clean skin on the forearm using a clean microfibre brush, leave for 15 minutes, then remove and cover each area with a hypoallergenic plaster. Label each patch so the client can identify which product caused a reaction, if any.
Clients should monitor the area for 24–48 hours and report any reaction. If a reaction occurs, they must be referred to their GP and the treatment should not go ahead.
Tint must be mixed with cream developer for patch testing, as this is one of the most common allergens due to PPD. Always check ingredients during consultation and avoid any known allergens. While patch testing does not guarantee that a reaction won’t occur, it is the safest practice and is strongly recommended for all products, even if not stated in the product leaflet.
There are several reasons why the lashes didn't lift after the treatment:
If the effect of the treatment is not as your client has expected, the best solution would be to offer them a complementary treatment in a few weeks' time. If the final result requires an immediate fix, then you can repeat the treatment in the next couple of days, using minimum timing. However, always take into consideration your client's natural lashes when making a decision, as you do not want to cause any further damage.
Every solution during Lash Filler treatment should be removed using dry cotton buds. We strongly advise you not to use any water. At the very end of the treatment, we recommend using Filler 3 to help dissolve the Fixing gel, and then using the Fillering tool, remove the residue of the fixing gel and tint leftovers from natural lashes. Filler 3 can be left on the lashes and does not need to be removed after the treatment is finished.
As part of the updated InLei Lash Filler 25.9 protocol, you can finish the treatment by cleansing the lashes and eyelid area with InLei Mousse Magica. This professional foam shampoo helps remove any remaining tint and glue residue, releases the shields, and leaves the lashes perfectly clean without affecting the curl or hair structure. It is gentle, suitable for sensitive skin, and helps reduce the risk of allergic reactions.
Every hair dye contains PPD, however, InLei Tint contains a very small percentage of it, compared to other brands.
InLei Tint is based on plant waxes and does not contain ammonia.
The stain of the tint on the skin depends on several factors:
- the colour used during the treatment (darker colours tend to leave a slightly stronger stain)
- skin type (colour will fade quicker on oily skin)
- mechanical movements (the use of scrubs, peelings, touching the eyebrows, makeup application etc).
On normal skin, the results can last around 7-10 days, on dry skin up to 7 days, and on oily or mixed skin only up to 3-5 days.
Yes, you can offer a Brow Filler treatment using InLei Lash Filler products, however, please note that the Lash Filler range of products was designed for eyelashes, and for eyebrows InLei have created the Brow Bomber range.
Brow Filler will influence the brow hair structure, resulting in thicker hair up to 24% in 3 treatments. It is important to remember that not every client would like to have their eyebrow hairs thicker.
Yes, Brow Bomber is a name used to describe a brow lamination/brow perm treatment that is performed using InLei Brow Bomber products.
Every product has its expiry date listed on the packaging. It is a small open jar icon with the number inside - the number indicates the months.
Brow Lift 1 - 3 months after opening
Brow Lock 2 - 3 months after opening
Brow Bomber 3 - 9 months after opening
Mister Fix is made with an airless bottle that prevents contact with oxygen, extending the shelf life of the product, keeping it perfect for up to 12 months!
Henna dye cannot be used for Brow Bomber (brow lamination) treatment. Both henna and lamination slightly dry out the eyebrow hair and when combined together can cause damage to the eyebrows.
You should wait at least 20 days after brow lamination to offer a henna brow treatment. For brow lamination, it is recommended to use tint.
Disclaimer: Brow Bomber products are for eyebrow treatments only performed by a trained professional.

InLei Brow Bomber 3 is a product designed to be used as the last part of the Brow Bomber treatment to finish the treatment and complement the previously used products, which can be quite drying on the eyebrow hairs.
Used on its own, it does not give a brow lamination effect, and will only act as a moisturising, nourishing butter. It can be used as the last step of the tinting procedure to nourish the eyebrows.
Brow Bomber 3 is for professional use only.
Both Lash Filler and Brow Bomber ranges have been designed to work together within their own range of products. That is why we wouldn't recommend mixing products from another range, as we cannot guarantee the results.
No, the Brow Bomber range has been designed specifically for brow lamination, and should not be used on the lashes, as it may cause damage.
We recommend using Fixing Gel to align the eyebrows during Brow Bomber treatment. This will help you control the directions of hairs and create the desired effect. We do NOT advise using cling film for Brow Bomber treatment, as Brow Bomber is a cold perm, therefore it should not be exposed to a higher temperature during processing time (higher temperature is created when brows are covered with a cling film, which speeds up the processing time - this may cause damage to eyebrow hairs).
All products from the Brow Bomber range have been designed to work together, in order to guarantee sufficient results. If you decide to use another tint brand, you may not have the same effects as when using all products from the collection.
Henna is a dye created from the plant Lawsonia Inermis. The orange dye present in the leaves of the henna plant, chemically reacts with the keratin in the skin and hairs, resulting in a strong stain that lasts until the skin or hair changes. Eyebrow henna is the commercial name for products used as a brow colouring solution, however, it may not always be derived from the henna plant.
Eyebrow henna is a powder that is mixed with water into a creamy paste that is then applied to the eyebrows. Eyebrow tint is another form of dye that is widely used in lash and eyebrow colouring. It is usually the consistency of a gel/cream and needs to be mixed with an oxidant (hydrogen peroxide) in order to be activated. Once applied to the eyelashes or eyebrows, colouring agents bond with keratin and start the tinting process.
You can use the So Henna Brow Soap to finish off the treatment to imitate the effect of brow lamination. However, please bear in mind that brow lamination itself should never be combined with henna brow treatment.
So Henna products are:
Please note - Our So Henna White Brow Mapping Paste is not vegan as it contains beeswax. Please check each product listing for exact specifications.
So Henna should stay on the eyebrows for 8 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired results. With pretreatment, colouring and shaping the treatment takes approximately 30-45 minutes. The time may vary depending on each client and the final result you are achieving.
So Henna was developed by leading brow specialists, created by brow artists for brow artists. It is designed to be applied in just one layer, whereas many other brands require multiple layers making treatments faster and application easier.
So Henna shades can be used individually or mixed together to create a fully customised colour. Unlike many other henna brands, the pigments are formulated to avoid warm or orange tones, delivering a more natural colour result.
With correct application and aftercare, results can last up to 6 weeks on the brow hairs.
Add a little henna powder to a non-metallic container and mix with a few drops of distilled water. Ensure all powder is incorporated and leave to stand while you prepare the skin.
It is always recommended to use distilled water to mix with the So Henna powder, as it is more hygienic to use on clients as any contaminants have been removed, as well as any other minerals in the water which may affect the final result of the Henna.
So Henna lasts on the client’s brow hairs for up to six weeks, depending on the natural hair growth cycle, and for up to two weeks on the skin.
The intensity and longevity of the skin stain depends on several factors, including:
Remember: brow henna is primarily a brow colouring treatment. Any skin tint is an added benefit and cannot be guaranteed for every client.
A difference in the powder colour does not affect the performance or results of the henna. Natural henna can vary in appearance due to several external factors, including:
These colour changes are normal and do not indicate a faulty product.

No. Our Pre-Glued Cluster Lashes are not designed to be used on top of professional lash extensions. They should only be applied to clean, natural lashes.
Applying them over or under extensions may affect retention and could damage your natural lashes or existing extensions.
Yes, when used correctly. They are lightweight and designed to sit comfortably on the natural lash line. Always perform a patch test before first use.
We do not recommend sleeping in them. They are designed for temporary wear and should be removed before bed for best results and lash health.
They are designed for all-day wear and can be reused multiple times if removed carefully and stored properly.
To remove, gently peel the cluster away from the lash line using your fingertip. This will not harm your natural lashes when done carefully.
Avoid pulling or tugging, and never remove them aggressively.

Depending on the product type you may want to store certain products slightly differently, however, we always recommend to store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
And to be a bit more specific for some most important products:
Glue : always keep your glue away from direct sunlight and protect it from high temperature and humidity. We recommend storing you glue in an air tight container.
Lashes : keep them in original lash boxes, stored for example in a cupboard , unless you are using them. Then we recommend preparing a few palettes and keeping them in a closed acrylic organiser to protect from dust.
Tape : always protect the tape from dust by keeping it in a tape cutter or any other closed container.
Micro brushes/brushes : always protect them from dust by keeping them in a closed acrylic organiser or any other closed container.

When it comes to patch testing, this is something which is strongly advised but not something you necessarily need to enforce. We recommend checking with your insurance provider if they require you to perform a patch test in order to cover you for the treatment.
A patch test should always be carried out at least 48 hours prior to the treatment by applying a few lashes per eye, the same way you would normally do when performing a treatment. It is usually around 10-15 lashes per eye, the same length as natural lashes, so they nicely blend in.
Few important things to remember:
- If the client has had extensions before and has had no reaction, they may still have one at any given time, as allergies can develop over time.
- If a client has not had extensions before and does not know whether they are allergic or not, it is of course advisable to conduct a patch test, but please be aware that they may still have a reaction due to a lower amount of adhesive being used.
- Patch testing on the skin is not advised but it is quite an old-fashioned way of conducting a patch test, from when eyelash extensions were new and not really widely known. The glue should never be applied on the skin as it may cause redness or irritation almost immediately, which may not necessarily be an indicator for an allergic reaction. The glue can also cause serious burns when in contact with the skin.
- Always check with your insurance provider what is their policy regarding patch testing.
- Always inform your clients that they may still develop an allergic reaction despite having a patch test done, as allergic reaction to glue fumes is a developed allergy and can happen at any point while having your lashes done (even after many years).
- We strongly advise NOT to perform a treatment, if your client shows any signs of an allergic reaction, or you are aware of an allergic reaction that happened in the past.
This is something which is down to the individual salon/lash technician/client/insurance. When performing a treatment on a pregnant client there is a risk that in the event of an allergic reaction, the client wouldn’t be able to have any medicine to reduce the symptoms. We always recommend checking with your insurance provider if they cover you in the event of working with pregnant clients and making an individual decision based on that.
We do not have a physical shop, we are an online-based company. However, if you are local, you are welcome to collect your order directly from our Bolton warehouse.
Unfortunately no, because if a client has developed an allergic reaction once, they are more prone to develop it in the future. You may also not be covered under your beauty insurance if you perform a treatment on a client with contraindications to the treatment
Clients who experience just mild discomfort from the glue fumes may benefit from reducing the fumes with Superbonder at the end of the treatment.
Another tip will be to reduce the glue fumes around the client’s face by using the Glamcor Flow to extract the glue fumes and improve the air quality.
Upon placing your order, you will be able to locate and download your PDF invoice via the link included in your order confirmation email.
